On June 09, 2023, the Government issues Decree No. 32\/2023\/ND-CP amending and supplementing the Government\u2019s Decree No. 53\/2018\/ND-CP dated April 16, 2018, on amending the Government\u2019s Decree No. 58\/2016\/ND-CP dated July 01, 2016, on the sale and provision of civil cryptography products and services and the exportation or importation of civil cryptography products. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

SBV provides VND 15 trillion-credit package to support forestry, fishery businesses<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

On July 19, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document 5631\/NHNN-TD, guiding commercial banks to implement a credit package, worth VND 15 trillion (USD 641 million), for businesses in the forestry and fishery sector.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

On June 29, 2023, the Ministry of Transport issues Circular No. 12\/2023\/TT-BGTVT amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Transport\u2019s Circular No. 23\/2021\/TT-BGTVT dated November 5, 2021, guiding the making, approval and announcement of project lists; and methods and criteria for evaluation of bid dossiers and bidding for selection of investors for specialized aviation service works at airports and aerodromes. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

CUSTOM<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Papers needed for cash declaration at border-gates customs offices<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Under Article 2.1 of Circular 15, upon exit via Vietnam\u2019s international border gates, persons are required to fill a declaration form to border-gate customs offices if carrying over VND 15 million or USD 5,000 or other foreign-currency cash of equivalent value.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
