On June 18, 2020, the 4th Amendment of the Law on Enterprises was approved by the National Assembly and focused on completing the legal framework on corporate governance to meet regional and international standards. The growing number of businesses requires the law to be enhanced along with the development process of enterprises and the country, so the amendment of the Enterprise Law in 2020 is timely and extremely necessary.
