CONTRACT

1. Providing legal advice on the regulations of the Law statutes related to each type of contracts (investment, trading, labor, etc.) and apply those Institutions in each terms of each form of contract;

2. Assessment and give advice the contents of contract of enterprises signing with partners;

3. Compile all forms of contracts based on compliance with enterprise’s requirements and the regulations of relevant Laws in order to ensure the highest interests for Clients;

4. Take part in negotiating and mediating the terms of the contract to help enterprises enter to sign the contract in order to reach the purpose in each business transaction;

5. Supervise the execution of contract process.

6. Provide legal advice to clients on settling the case of breach of contract.
