DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

BLF provides legal advice and protects legitimate interests, rights of clients in the disputes related to contract, civil, commerce, labor, administration, criminal affairs against Vietnamese Court or Arbitration

1. Researching strategy of dispute settlements

• Study dossiers and advice on dispute settlements strategy; analyze and assess strong points as well as weak points of parties in the dispute;

• Provide legal advice on methods of dispute settlements;

• Provide legal advice on procedures at the Court, Arbitration related to dispute settlements;

• Provide legal advice on procedures and process for enforcement, and judgment execution.

2. Preparing dossiers for lawsuits

• Provide legal advice for essential steps related to the dispute; 

• Provide legal advice and drafting, preparing legal dossiers to present to the Court or Arbitration;

• Inspect and provide legal advice on relevant materials provided by the clients;

3. Litigating at the Court and/or Arbitration

• Assign lawyer participate in proceedings as authorized representative and/or counsels for the Defense of involved parties’ legitimate rights and interests in civil, economic, labor and administrative cases at the Court and/or Arbitration at all levels of trials;

• Assign lawyer participate in proceedings as advocate for person in custody, defendant, arrestee or defense and counsels protect legitimate rights and interests of other participants in the criminal procedures.
