Researching strategy of dispute settlements

Study dossiers and advice on dispute settlements strategy; analyze and assess strong points as well as weak points of parties in the dispute;

Provide legal advice on methods of dispute settlements;

Provide legal advice on procedures at the Court, Arbitration related to dispute settlements;

Provide legal advice on procedures and process for enforcement, and judgment execution.

Preparing dossiers for lawsuits

Provide legal advice for essential steps related to the dispute;

Provide legal advice and drafting, preparing legal dossiers to present to the Court or Arbitration;

Inspect and provide legal advice on relevant materials provided by the clients;

Litigating at the Court and/or Arbitration

Assign lawyer participate in proceedings as authorized representative and/or counsels for the Defense of involved parties’ legitimate rights and interests in civil, economic, labor and administrative cases at the Court and/or Arbitration at all levels of trials;

Assign lawyer participate in proceedings as advocate for person in custody, defendant, arrestee or defense and counsels protect legitimate rights and interests of other participants in the criminal procedures.
