• Assign lawyer participate in proceedings as advocate for person in custody, defendant, arrestee or defense and counsels protect legitimate rights and interests of other participants in the criminal procedures.

Nowadays, many Vietnamese enterprises have mentioned to use legal services with many different forms in their business operations, in there lawyer’s fee and reward matters are noticeable matters, especially foreign lawyer’s fee, namely foreign lawyer’s fee in Vietnam is between 200 - 500USD per working hour and it’s big expense and hard for domestic enterprises to pay.
