01 — Scope of work
BLF provides legal advice and protects legitimate interests, rights of clients in the disputes related to contract, civil, commerce, labour, administration, criminal affairs against Vietnamese Court or Arbitration.
BLF approaches disputes with a clear principle: litigation is the last resort. Before taking any matter to court or arbitration, our Dispute team always assesses the viability of mediation — both to reduce cost and to protect long-term commercial relationships.
When litigation is unavoidable, BLF has deep experience handling complex cases before People's Courts at all levels, VIAC arbitration and international arbitration centres — with a track record in matters involving foreign elements.

Participating in the defense and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of suspects and defendants in cases involving charges such as "Fraudulent appropriation of property", "Human trafficking", "Attempted murder", "Abuse of trust to appropriate property", "Robbery", etc., across various provinces and cities including Hanoi, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc, Hue, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City, among others.
Participating in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of clients in an international commercial contract dispute between Southeast Asia Technology JSC and a U.S. company at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
Representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of clients in a credit contract dispute between Techcombank and a Korean partner before the Hung Yen Court.
