Intellectual property — trademarks, patents, copyright, trade secrets — is among the most valuable assets of modern businesses, but also the type of asset most easily infringed if not properly protected from the outset.
BLF handles both directions: proactive protection (registration, monitoring, assignment agreements) and enforcement (oppositions, administrative complaints, litigation) — combined with an international agent network for Madrid, Hague and PCT applications.

A Vietnamese F&B brand expanding into ASEAN needed trademark protection in 8 countries. BLF managed the Madrid Protocol registration strategy, handled oppositions from 2 countries and completed registration in 18 months.
A Vietnamese cosmetics brand discovered hundreds of counterfeit products on e-commerce platforms. BLF coordinated with the IP Office, Customs and the platforms to remove 400+ infringing products within 60 days.
A Vietnamese manufacturer needed to licence technology from a Japanese partner. BLF drafted a technology licence agreement with confidentiality, improvement ownership and quality control provisions.
